How do you set up your speakers for the game sounds and Teamspeak for headphones?

I use a USB headset. I make sure that it is recognized and selected in Windows Sounds as the default capture (recording) device. I have the desk top speakers set for the Playback device. Next I make sure that in Team Speak it is recognized and selected as the default capture and playback device. This gives me the game sounds from my speakers and the "radio" in my headset, as it should be
