When you start the game you can use your AM radio button to bring up menu (Dont even have to turn on radios). Select ground crew, and choose rearm and refuel. You can select what load out you want if you do not like what the mission defaults. Use your drop downs to select payload. It is real easy and fast. I would select changing the load out before you start to avoid reloading DSMS.
