Morse Code Trainer
« on: December 16, 2012, 12:25:36 AM »
Found a neat tool for learning the Morse code for our YG/YE and NDB beacons, the best feature is the Random generator for whatever grid you set up on your Hayrake wheel.  it will play and you can pick from a list and it will tell you if you are right or wrong

Just hit the exe and it will unpack and put an icon on your desktop.

Excellent find.  Training myself in learning morse code was my next "to do project" right before learning Klingon.

This is cool. I will add it to the download section under Utilities on the website....

I'm really grateful I found this Hoss!

I used to be proficient in Morse Code, but it was only for a test in "A" School, and after that, it was always a rush-cram to study before exams.  It's funny, in the game, I hear it, and I can "know" if that's the right code or not for the direction I want to be in relation to the SanJack... even though I can't honestly tell someone what the morse code is saying.

this'll be great as a refresher, thanks again!
