Thanks for the link Ranger. It arrives Monday.

So looking forward to it.  That with the extender should make my stick easier to handle. Its been pretty painful on my srist doing AARs and Case 3 using the stock warthog set up.

I got the Warthog 3 months ago and really like it except for the way it centers.  The spring could be a little softer.  I also bought a 7 cm extension.  Just be advised that much more than a 10-12 cm extension and you may run out of room at the bottom of the mount depending on how high you like your stick.  Let me know how it works out for you.

Looking at picking one up myself at least for the stick.

Works great.  Thank you for the tip.

I had to add a block to sturdy it up but its snug and easily comes off for storage in the file drawer on the right.

That patch is the 487th Bombardment Sq patch.  They flew B-25s.  Razor sent that patch to me when he left Warbirds for IL-2.  After he left I  created the v487 Bomber Sq and flew many mission in the WB3 Squadron Select Series (S3) and then transitioned into IL2 as well.

Any pilot that tells you he's never been lost is either lying or he's never been anywhere.

Looks good Thud.  Yeah mine moved around a bit and I thought about drilling a hole through the mount to attach it to the desk but then I found a C-clamp......I always ask "What would McGuyver do?"

It will make refueling a breeze!

It did make refueling easier even without an extension. My arm is now in a rested position most of the time.
