I had a 3070 and upgraded to a 3080Ti.  Was a big improvement in VR where we’re pretty much on the limit all the time.  Having said that though, the 3070 was a good card and did a good job.  I’d look to the 3070 as a minimum if the $ work.

Thanks Razor - I’ve watched lots of others but that’s a pretty good one.  Step 10 is the part that I frequently get a designation from the hud.  I’ll work thru it all again and hopefully it’ll improve irmav use!

What CPU do you have and how much ram?  DCS can be CPU bound which has an affect on your FPS.

Right now I have an Nvidia 1660 Ti.  I'd be willing to spend several hundred dollars for a significant improvement in frame rates.

And how much money is burning a hole in your pocket?  Microcenter here in Denver has a bunch of them.  For DCS you will need to spend anywhere from $700 for a 3070ti (which I have and it works great) to $2000 for a 3090ti.
