Title: Does a Video Card affect sound performance

Does a Video Card have such an affect sound performance?  Since switching for the ATI to NVidia I'm hearing many sound I did not hear before.  The hook, wind after the canopy is open, and the hyerake is about half as much louder.

Ph yeh, and the water is farking marvelous now.!!!!!

In one word, yes video cards do produce and effect sounds. This nVidia card you have now is leaps and bounds better than that ATI card you were using. It has nearly twice the rendering power of that dual GPU ATI.

I'm still having problems picking up the Hayrake  It's real faint

FTW= For The Win BTW. Do you have one? Nice cards by EVGA but pricey for the minimal performance gain you get.
