I really like that concept that Sikorsky has for the Raider - the advancing blade concept (ABC) married up with a pusher prop - seems to me to be the ultimate in helicopter shiznit! On the other hand, Bell's concept of having a similar suite of sensors around their tilt rotor machine that would give the pilot a 360 degree view of what is around him is very cool! AH, if only to be a five year old again. I could dream of growing up to be an Army helicopter pilot and maybe flying one of those machines by the time I am in my 20's!! :tongue3: :tongue3:

That tilt rotor is a new design, only the prop tilts, not the entire engine housing, supposed to be quicker from hover to full flight..............

Also helps to keep from burning the non skid off the flight deck!! :Rofl
