Title: F-35 or F/A-18
Post by: AG-51_Hoss on January 19, 2017, 07:50:42 PM
Read this one today on Boeing news, I believe I already put out the article where the NAVAIR said there will be two Squadrons of F-35's and two squadrons of F/A-18's................. so this is an accompaniment to that article.  make sure to watch the video at the end of the article.  I'd like to have that Simulator that the seat slides into......

Even some of the legacy aircraft have advanced simulators like this and even replicate temperatures and smells associated with certain failures.  They're interactive with other geographically separated simulators so it really isn't any different than what we do.  There seems to be a mixed feeling between pilots on this type of training.
